HALL HIRE CHARGES
Charges are based upon an hourly rate for either community/charitable/private or commercial use with VAT included at 20%.
COMMUNITY/ CHARITABLE/PRIVATE FUNCTION RATE
City Hall £7.00 per hour – with kitchen £8.00 per hour
Memorial Hall £4.00 per hour – with kitchen £5.50 per hour
Youth Drop-In Centre £4.00 per hour (community use only)
City Hall £12.00 per hour – with kitchen £14.00 per hour
Memorial Hall £7.00 per hour – with kitchen £8.50 per hour
When using the kitchen, this has to be hired for the entire period of use of the associated hall.
No separate charges are made for heating.
A returnable bond of £20 will be required when hiring the kitchen.
Furniture, crockery, glasses to be use in house – there is no charge for using these items but there is a returnable deposit of £10 against damage.
Digital Piano – this is for hire on the premises only, with a £50 bond to be paid in advance and the user approved by council in advance.
