There are 3 seasonal pay and display car parks within St Davids:
- Oriel y Parc (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Visitor Centre) – operated by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
- Merrivale that is in the valley downstream of the Cathedral on the road to St Justinians – operated by Pembrokeshire County Council
- Quickwell Hill located off Nun Street – operated by Pembrokeshire County Council.
Out of St Davids centre, St Davids City Council operates a seasonal car park at Whitesands Bay.
2021 Parking fees
Oriel y Parc car park
Pay and display under 30 minutes free, £1 for 1 hour, £2 for 2 hours, £3.00 for 3 hours, £5 per day from 15 March – 7 November applying between 9am to 5pm. Parking for the disabled is available free for 2 hours with a registered disabled badge.
CASHLESS PAYMENTS COMING SOON
From Monday 15 March 2021 people that don’t wish to use the existing on-site coin machines will be able to use PayByPhone, which allows people to purchase tickets via an app, text, a phone call or online.
Motorists will need to be aware that use of PayByPhone from the car parks will depend on network coverage, which will vary depending on the location and your provider. While you may wish to pay for a ticket before travelling to the car park, this does not guarantee a space will be available. For additional support please visit the PayByPhone website.

- Full Season Ticket (one specified car park): £25
- Seven-day Ticket: £30

Quickwell Hill and Merrivale Carparks
Pay and display £1 for 1 hour, £2 for 2 hours, £4 for 4 hours, £5 all day, £25 per week and £90 for a season ticket from 1 April – 30 September applying between 9.00am to 7.00pm.

Whitesands attended car park
Whitesands is a pay car park between 1st March and 31st October each year.

Permanent resident passes and season tickets for non-residents will be available from the Car Park Attendant in the attendant’s hut at Whitesands car park.
