The City Council asks for your nominations for any member of the community whose work or service you feel is due for recognition. To nominate someone, please complete and return the form by 3.00pm on Monday 1st December 2025.

Hard copies of the forms will be available to collect from the City Council Office, Coffee and Chat (Wednesdays from 10.00am – 12.00pm in the Youth Drop in Centre, City Hall), Gwyn Davies & Sons Butchers and West Point Trading. Additional pick up points to be confirmed in due course.
