New Mayor and Deputy Mayor elected at St Davids City Council’s Annual Meeting on Monday 18th May

At the City Council’s Annual Meeting on Monday 18th May, Councillor Sarah Foster was elected Mayor of St Davids for the 2026–27 civic year and Councillor David Griffiths was elected Deputy Mayor.

Ms Sue De Silva has agreed to serve as the Mayor’s Consort for the forthcoming year.

Canon Sheridan Angharad James has kindly agreed to continue in the role of Mayor’s Chaplain, supporting Cllr Foster throughout her year in office.

The City Council extends its sincere thanks to former Mayor and Mayoress, Cllr David Griffiths and Mrs Kate Griffiths, for their dedicated service to the local community over the past year.
