The City Hall is centrally located on the High Street and offers facilities for arts, sport, exhibitions, sales, community events and meetings
The hall has a main auditorium 16.3m by 9.75m with a stage 9.75 m wide and 6.1m deep and 1.2 m high when full size. The front half of the stage is demountable in 0.3m steps providing the full stage area or when not in use enables a larger auditorium. Stage curtains, back drop curtains and wings are available. The hall is equipped with stage lighting, and a sound system (with a hearing loop). There is a changing area at the rear of the stage with a toilet facility. New disabled toilets, including baby changing facilities, are located at the left of the hall.
The hall has both Public Entertainment and Theatre Licences with a maximum seating plan for 120 persons.
There is a sprung sports floor with markings for badminton and part netball courts.

10.00am to 1.00pm on Monday to Friday
11.00am to 2.00pm on Saturdays
Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
(NB reduced opening hours during the Winter).
This is a community shop run by volunteers. Donations welcome and all contributions are sold in the shop to raise funds for local charities, local organisations, community projects and so forth.
Siop y Bobol was established to raise money for the National Eisteddfod when it came to St Davids back in 2002. Since then it has been very busy raising money for local groups. It has distributed over £180,000 to date. At the moment it can only open for three hours a day without more volunteers. If you can spare three hours a week or a fortnight and would like to help out in a small local, friendly charity shop please phone Nan George on:
