Parking
There are 3 seasonal pay and display car parks within St Davids:
- Oriel y Parc (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Visitor Centre) – operated by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
- Quickwell Hill located off Nun Street – operated by Pembrokeshire County Council.
- Merrivale that is in the valley downstream of the Cathedral on the road to St Justinians – operated by Pembrokeshire County Council
Out of St Davids centre, St Davids City Council operates a seasonal car park at Whitesands Bay.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS
People that don’t wish to use the existing on-site coin machines will be able to use PayByPhone, which allows people to purchase tickets via an app, text, a phone call or online.
Motorists will need to be aware that use of PayByPhone from the car parks will depend on network coverage, which will vary depending on the location and your provider. While you may wish to pay for a ticket before travelling to the car park, this does not guarantee a space will be available.

Outside of the charging period, we offer free parking on all Authority charging car parks for four months each year, from November to February.
We also offer 30 minutes free parking (60 minutes for Blue Badge holders) across all of our charging car parks during the charging period.

Whitesands attended car park
Whitesands is a pay car park between 1st March and 31st October each year.

Permanent resident passes and season tickets for non-residents will be available from the Car Park Attendant in the attendant’s hut at Whitesands car park.
NB Resident passes – to be eligible you must live in St Davids permanently, be on the electoral roll and show your driver’s license.
