Mayor of St Davids, Cllr David Griffiths thrilled to attend the St Davids Cathedral Festival Finale: The Queen’s Six

Our Mayor, Cllr David Griffiths, was thrilled to attend the Festival Finale: The Queen’s Six, on Wednesday 28 May, by kind invitation of the Cathedral Festival committee.

It was an extraordinary experience to bask in the sound created by these six specially talented singers, who regularly sing for the Royal Family at both private and state occasions. Their repertoire ranged from ancient choral to upbeat jazz and pop arrangements. Living within the grounds of Windsor Castle , they have a close , jovial relationship, which is shared with their audience. They sing in Windsor Chapel everyday, apart from when on tour.
